The events saw a show full of sound and light and packed with high energy with the students dressed in their traditional best. The event kicked off with a skit on global warming and a musical performance by a student.
The scintillating tabla tandav was a huge hit with the audiences.
Differently abled students from a city institute also danced to Chak de! India numbers with great gusto and earned applause from the students. A dance performance by Shiamak Davar’s dance academy added more spice to the eve-ning when they jumped in right with the students and made them go ‘Mauja mauja’ with a vengeance! “That was truly some collision” was what one of the faculty was heard saying after the Shiamak Davar’s group finished their performance. The ensuing dance competition really held the audience spellbound with themes like spirituality. All this was followed by a solo break dance and a hip hop performance by the students. The fest had a bit of everything!
